A Time to Kill (1996)

When Carl Lee Hailey (Samuel L. Jackson) takes the law into his own hands, gunning down the men who attacked his daughter and left her for dead, lawyers Matthew McConaughey and Sandra Bullock come to his defense in A Time to Kill (1996). The two seek out the drunken but brilliant law professor, Lucien Wilbanks (Donald Sutherland), for help. The trail leads to racial tensions in the small town of Canton, Mississippi, led mostly by KKK leader Freddie Lee Cobb (Kiefer Sutherland), and threatens the lives of both lawyers and their families. Check out a glimpse of McConaughey’s firm booty as Bullock bandages him up. Though it’s not much, but it’s certainly hotter than the KKK ignited fire that consumes his house.
