Basket Case (1982)

He’s not a heavy monster; he’s my detached Siamese twin brother. There is a unique bond between brothers, but none as unique as the one in Basket Case (1982). Duane (Kevin Van Hentenryck) carries his monstrously deformed brother with him in a basket after they are separated at a young age, much to the chagrin of basket boy.  Neither brother will rest until they exact revenge on the doctors that separated them. 

Low budget horror films usually confine their nudity to topless young women tripping in the woods or wayward teenagers being punished for their post pubescent grindings.  The unusual plot also gives us an unusual nude scene.  Late in the film, during an odd dream scene, Van Hentendryck is seen running through the streets fully naked.  While his full frontal fun stick might not be enough to fill a twin toting basket, it does take our minds and eyes off the ghastly and let’s us focus on the fleshy.
