Beat (2018)

Thanks to Amazon Prime, home audiences will be streaming (literally) while watching the German series Beat (2018). Under the pen and direction of Marco Kreuzpaintner, the award-winning crime saga centers around Robert “Beat” Schlag (Jannis Niewöhner). He’s a cool club promoter in Berlin who is recruited by the European Secret Services to work as an undercover agent. With this new gig, Beat discovers that the community he’s been a part of actually has a lot of secrets lingering below the surface — kind of like how Beat’s chiseled chest simmers beneath his shirts. Luckily for us, the sexy gent loses his top to tout his torso throughout the show’s run. In episode 1, the hungover hottie wakes up from a night of partying next to a nude tattooed dude (Nils-Philipp Kutzner). Neither of these guys are too shy to display their naked T&A. If that’s not titillating enough, the same episode features the pecs on Philipp Vossberg (Andrew Fehling). The flesh flashing continues when Danilo (Julius Nitschkoff) and Janik (Ludwig Simon) go at it in episode 4. While in the sack, the two hunks reveal their collective abs, buns, balls and junk. In other words, they add thrills to this thriller! At the risk of repeating himself, Mr. Niewöhner shows off his chest again in episode 5. The same can be said of Mr. Fehling in episode 6, which includes another view of Mr. Kutzner’s caboose! Suffice it to say, Yanks in the States can add foreign assets to their spank banks!
