The truth shall set you free—but only if you have a good lawyer. Based on a true story, In the Name of the Father (1993) stars Daniel Day-Lewis as real-life wrongfully accused dude Gerry Conlon. Gerry's a petty thief from Belfast who moves to England to live with an old school friend, Paul (John Lynch). When the IRA bombs a London pub, the two lads are hauled in for questioning, which leads to beatings by the police. In an attempt to stop the abuse and keep the cops from coming after his dad, Gerry and Paul falsely confess to the terrorist act. To add insult to injury, the ruthless authorities imprison Gerry’s friends and father (Pete Postlethwaite) anyways. Known as "The Guildford Four," the incarcerated youth spend the next fifteen years fighting for justice. What really makes things frustrating is that in jail they meet Joe McAndrew (Don Baker), who tells them that he is the one who actually did the bombing that landed them in jail. He told the cops he did it too, but they ignored him. When some new evidence that's impossible to ignore comes along, eventually, with the help of British attorney Gareth Pierce (Emma Thompson), Gerry and his buddies finally get their well-deserved freedom. But do the Emerald Isle daddies ever free dem Irish cocks? Well, since the majority of the film occurs in prison, there’s bound to be some inmate flesh, including a bomb ass shot of Daniel's ass! When Daniel first enters prison, he is stripped, hosed and powdered before being thrown into the regular population. Irish eyes are smiling when Daniel’s duff is given some quality time on screen during all that harassment! Mr. Man is green with horny! In the Name of the Father will have you praying for more looks at that body!
