The January Man (1989)

Nick Starkey (Kevin Kline) and Frank Starkey (Harvey Keitel) are brothers who are both cops. The older brother Frank has made his way up the ranks and has recently been promoted when the two find themselves in a scandal. Nick takes the fall for his older brother and is thrown off the force. The January Man (1989) finds the police then battling a serial killer who leaves clues that force them to take Nick back hoping he can help them solve the case. As Nick works to catch the killer he starts to realize it might be someone he already knows and cares deeply about.

We don’t get a whole lot skin here, but a mustache wearing Kevin Kline does get a chance to lay the pipe to Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio. She is on top riding away then he rolls on top of her before eventually getting out of bed. We get a nice look at a fit Mr. Klein’s nice upper body.
