A bunch of Spanish galpals try to help each other navigate life and love in Netflix's Valeria (2020). Valeria (Diana Gomez) is a writer who has nothing to write about and doesn't see her failed photographer husband (Ibrahim Al Shami) as any kind of a muse. And Carmen (Paula Malia) is a hopeless romantic who is constantly considering hooking up with dudes at work, which is a bit of a problem for her professional career.
